Introducing the Eternal Tools Fine 600 Grit Oval Diamond Needle File. 140mm x 70mm. Similar to a Crossing diamond rasp, the cross-section of an oval file differs in that it follows a more conventional oval shape (unlike a Crossing file, which is pointed at the edges).

Oval files offer versatility in filing, as they can be used with their broad, convex faces for general filing purposes and edge-on to file inside steep concave grooves. This dual functionality makes oval files valuable tools for addressing a wide array of filing needs.

How To Use Our Diamond Needle Files

Our diamond needle files are versatile and can be used wet or dry. While they last longer when used wet, we understand that using them wet may not always be practical when working on delicate watch or clock parts. 

It's important to let the file do the work and not apply too much pressure, especially when working on sharp edges or corners.
