These unmounted, long-lasting diamond-impregnated polishers, made by EVE in Germany, are for smoothing, polishing, and high-lustre polishing on glass, ceramic, porcelain, zirconia, platinum, titanium, steel, and metal alloys. For best results, use all 3 grades of polisher to achieve a superior finish in seconds!

Available shapes: Wheel (17.5 x 2.5mm), Knife Edge (15 x 2.5mm), and Pointed Pin (3 x 22mm)

  • Green/medium: Reducing, removing and shaping approx. 35 microns
  • Grey/fine: Smoothing and pre-polish approx. 4-8 microns
  • Pink/extra fine: High Lustre polishing approx. 1-2 microns

Also available as a diamond-impregnated radial disc polisher.  Please make sure to use our recommended screw mandrel with your wheel and knife edge shaped polishers and the 3mm Pin Mandrel with the Pointed Pin shape. They are specifically designed to be used with these. Other mandrels may cause the polisher to split or fly off when in use. Use at a recommended speed of 7,000-10,000 RPM. Do not exceed 15,000 RPM.

Clean and dress your Diapol Polishers every time you use them with a Diamond Dresser. This will clean and remove any foreign materials and refresh the diamond abrasive to ensure a sharper, clean cutting edge each time.

These superior polishers will leave you with a perfect finish in a matter of seconds. Use on Ceramic, Porcelain, and hard metals such as Platinum and Titanium. Also suitable for gold, silver, metal alloys, Nickel Chrome, Stainless Steel and Zirconium Oxide.

For intricate polishing of difficult-to-reach areas, you may like to try the Diatwist Radial Polishing Discs.
