This 4" x 4" (100 x 100mm) Diamond abrasive flexible sheet can be folded and manipulated for use on small projects, or cut and adhered to surfaces and mandrels to make your own tools for grinding, shaping, deburring, polishing and sharpening.  

Available in the following grades/grits (don't hesitate to get in touch with us for further grit sizes):

• Coarse 60, 120 and 240#, Medium 400#, Fine 600# and 800#, Extra Fine 1500#, and Super Fine 2000#
• Canvas backing

The diamond sheet can be used either wet or dry. Allow the diamond abrasive to do the work and don't apply too much pressure, especially if working on a corner or a sharp edge. Work your way through the grades from coarse (240#) to fine (1500#) until you achieve the desired finish.

The diamond flexible sheet can be used on glass, ceramic, granite, carbide, stone and composites.
