International delivery

All deliveries outside of the UK are sent trackable. At checkout, you can choose Royal Mail standard post, or an express service with either FedEx or DHL.

  • Dispatch: Orders placed before 3pm (UK time) are dispatched the same day.
  • Tracking: You will receive an email notification with your tracking link as soon as your order has been dispatched.
  • Express deliveries: If choosing FedEx or DHL, please include a contact telephone number.

Europe

USA Shipping Update

We are delighted to be shipping to the USA again.

Recent changes to U.S. import regulations mean that import duties, taxes or customs fees may be charged on some orders.

These charges are set by U.S. Customs and, where applicable, are payable by the customer.

We continue to work closely with our fulfilment partners to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience for our U.S. customers.

Rest of World

Prices, VAT, customs duties and import fees

All prices on our website are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT. If you are outside the UK, VAT will be deducted automatically at checkout.

Please be aware that you may be required to pay import taxes, customs duties and a handling fee in the receiving country. These charges vary by country and are payable by the recipient upon delivery.

Customs charges are set by your local authorities and are outside of our control, so we are unable to estimate them in advance.
