The discs easily attach to the Pop-On Mandrel 95HP mandrel supplied in the 101-piece set, which can then be attached to your rotary tool or flex shaft. You can use the abrasive side of the disc, facing up or down, to adjust to the piece you're working on. Rec. Speed: 7,000-10,000 RPM. Do not exceed 20,000 RPM.
