These flexible diamond impregnated polishers made by EVE in Germany polish materials without changing the surface geometry. For use on platinum, titanium, ceramic, porcelain, glass, zirconia, and metal alloys. For best results use all 3 grades of radial discs to achieve a superior finish in seconds!
One polisher per pack, available in these grades/colours:
Green/Medium: Reducing, removing and shaping (approx. 35 microns)
Grey/Fine: Smoothing and pre-polish (approx. 4-8 microns)
Pink/Extra Fine: High Lustre polishing (approx. 1-2 microns)
The Diatwist Single are long lasting and can be used on their own or stacked in pairs. Please make sure to use our recommended screw mandrel with your Diatwist polisher at a recommended speed of 8,000-12,000 RPM. Do not exceed 15,000 RPM.
Clean and dress your Diatwist Polishers every time you use them with a Diamond Dresser. This will clean and remove any foreign materials and refresh the diamond abrasive to ensure a sharper, clean cutting edge each time.
