These wonderful silicon carbide polishers made in Germany by EVE are for smoothing, removal of oxides and a high lustre polish on stainless steel, titanium, platinum, nickel and chrome alloys, and other non-precious metals. Hard, yet flexible, these long lasting polishers can be used in your rotary tool at a recommended speed of between 7,000 - 15,000 RPM. Ready to use, no need for any additional polishing paste, therefore less fuss, and no mess. 

Available in a range of shapes: wheel, cylinder, and mounted bullet, in the following two grits:

  • Dark Blue - Medium. For pre-polish and smoothing.
  • Light Blue - Fine. For a high lustre polish

Please use our recommended taper mandrel with your cylinder shaped polishers. They are specifically designed to be used with these. Other mandrels may cause the polisher to split or fly off during use. Can be used as a part of three step polishing system by a final high shine finish with a Green Soft Wheel Polisher.

Technical

How to use your EVE Chrom plus polishers.

Please make sure to use our recommended taper mandrel with your cylinder shaped polishers. They are specifically designed to be used with these. Other mandrels may cause the polisher to split or fly off when in use.

The screw mandrel is to be used with the wheel shaped polishers.

Can be used as part of a 3-step polishing system by using a Green Soft Wheel Polisher for a final mirror finish.

Use in your pendant drill, flexible shaft, micro motor or rotary tool such as a Dremel (ensuring you have a 2.3mm collet or the Dremel Multi Chuck), Foredom or Proxxon. 

No need to use any additional paste or compound with these, they are ready to use. 

Recommended speed between 7,000 - 15,000 PRM (Do not exceed 20,000 RPM)

How to Clean your Polishers.

If you find that your EVE Chrom Plus polishers are mis-shaped, or have become embedded with dirt and other mixed grits of abrasive, foreign material or metals, clean them using a Diamond Dresser to reveal fresh, clean layers of abrasive grit.
