This diamond-tipped scriber is sturdy yet lightweight and will permanently mark virtually any hard surface, including hard metals such as stainless steel, silicon, stone, and plastics. However, it is best used for calligraphy and lightly engraving fine lines on glass. 

Suited to a wide range of industrial and laboratory uses for marking glass slides and flasks, it is also ideal for glass engraving stipple work and for all glass artists to sign their work. Hold the diamond scribe as you would a pen or pencil. 

The natural diamond tip has a fine point with a 60° angle. It is vacuum bonded to a steel tip shaft and set into an anodised aluminium handle. The hexagonal design prevents the scriber from rolling off your work surface. Comes with a protective cap.
