This solid tungsten carbide ball burr has a 6mm cutting head and a 6mm shank. Its rounded profile is ideal for creating concave cuts, hollowing, shaping curved surfaces and working within recessed or difficult-to-reach areas.
The double-cut flutes provide controlled material removal with reduced vibration and a finer finish than a standard single-cut burr. Suitable for working on steel, stainless steel, cast iron and other hard metals, as well as hardwood, reinforced plastics and composite materials.

Creating and enlarging concave recesses
Hollowing and shaping curved surfaces
Deburring internal edges and contours
Blending and finishing welds
Removing material from hard-to-reach areas
Use with a die grinder or suitable rotary tool fitted with a 6mm collet or compatible chuck. This burr will not fit a standard Dremel collet or Dremel Multi-Chuck.
Secure the workpiece firmly, use light controlled pressure and allow the burr to cut without forcing it. Do not exceed 35,000 RPM. Always wear suitable eye protection.
