Keep your gravers razor-sharp and performing at their best with EVE Diablade Diamond Polishing Wheels, precision-engineered in Germany for professional jewellers and engravers.  These diamond-impregnated rubber wheels are specially designed for resharpening, smoothing, and polishing High-Speed Steel (HSS) and Tungsten Carbide gravers. 

Ideal for jewellery tool maintenance, these 25mm x 2mm diamond polishing discs are mounted on a 2.35mm (3/32") supported screw mandrel, ensuring exceptional stability and precision during use. Whether you're reshaping a worn graver or performing routine polishing, Diablade wheels deliver consistent, high-quality results. 

Available in Three Grades – Sold individually (boxed), or as a cost-saving set of three:

• Coarse (Green) - For re-shaping and smoothing gravers
• Medium (Blue) - For pre-polishing
• Fine  (Yellow)- For regular maintenance and high-shine polishing

Start with the Coarse wheel for reshaping, followed by the Medium for refining, and finish with the Fine grade to achieve a polished, mirror-like edge. For ongoing maintenance, we recommend using the Fine (Yellow) Diablade wheel regularly to maintain sharp, efficient cutting edges. Recommended use at 5,000-8,000 RPM (do not exceed 10,000 RPM)

Clean the wheels using a Diamond Dresser, or a  White Aluminium Oxide Stick. This is to maintain longevity and effectiveness.
